1. General Terms
This agreement outlines the general terms and conditions applicable to the use of products and services offered through Automotive Software & Tuning. By purchasing any programs or services on this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms outlined below.
2. System Requirements & Remote Installation
- Requirements: A stable internet connection and an uninterrupted electricity supply are mandatory at all times during the installation process.
- Remote Access: Installations will strictly be performed via secure remote connection methods, specifically TeamViewer or UltraViewer.
- Post-Installation Security: Upon successful installation, all downloaded setup files will be permanently deleted from your system.
- System Integrity: We do not accept responsibility for any software malfunction if you perform Windows updates or modify system configurations after the installation is complete.
3. Delivery & Licensing
- Delivery Time: For programs in EPC format (Parts Catalogs), please note that file transfer may take 2 to 3 business days due to their substantial file size.
- License Validity: The vast majority of licenses generated by us come with an unlimited expiration date, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Fair Use Policy: Massive and free license generation on public environments or platforms is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of support.
4. Important Warnings for KG/Tool Locked PC
- No Virtual Machines: The software cannot be run on a Virtual Machine (VM).
- Windows Updates: We strongly recommend disabling Windows updates. Any core changes to the operating system may cause the hardware-locked license to break.
- Hardware Changes: Changing any physical component of your PC will result in the license becoming non-functional.
- Replacement Policy: If the license ceases to work due to any of the actions mentioned above, it will not be replaced, reactivated, or reissued under any circumstances.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our software, licensing generation, and remote installation services, all sales are final. We do not accept exchanges or provide refunds once the installation process or file delivery has commenced.
